Pass43 is a 60,000 - 80,000 SF build-to-suit opportunity. Plans for this boutique style building call for ground floor retail and an emphasis on outdoor patio space throughout. Pass43 will be located across Raleigh Street from Pass41 and Pass42, and will be directly adjacent to the multifamily component of The Pass.
